Film Club Rule #305: If you are on the verge of a nervous breakdown, there’s one way to make yourself feel better, and that’s by watching the films of Pedro Almodovar.

We look at the work of Spain’s Pedro Almodvar, how he came up in the film world and where he’s been. We take a long look at Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Tie Me Up Tie Me Down, and finally what may be his masterwork All About My Mother. We discuss his influences and the culture that he came up in, his response to the Franco regime.
